On 6-7 April 2022 in Abidjan (Côte D’Ivoire) and on 12-13 April 2022 in Dar es Salaam (Tanzania) CCSI was pleased to convene on behalf of the U.S Department of State’s Export Control and Related Border Security (EXBS) program, workshops on :

With growing international trade and booming economies, the African continent is experiencing an unprecedented upswing in maritime activities. Unfortunately, this positive development is tempered by growing concerns about the security of Africa’s maritime domain.
To address these concerns, especially those related to counter-proliferation actors, CCSI held two workshops with presentations and exercises in English and French as well as a comprehensive Handbook.
