Thomas Bifwoli has held senior positions with the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) and as Head of Office with the World Customs Organization Regional Intelligence Liaison Office for Eastern and Southern Africa (WCO RILO ESA). Mr. Bifwoli has served a number of mandates as Customs and Finance expert with the UN sanctions monitoring expert group for Sudan, and is frequently invited commentator and speaker on international security and sanctions-related events, as well as a mentor to sanctions implementation and compliance actors.
